Jiarun Wire Cutting Fluid Production Factory was founded in 2004. It is an industrial enterprise established according to modern enterprise management system, integrating the research and development, production, and sales of high-speed reciprocating wire cutting electrical discharge working fluid. Currently, Jiarun has become a well-known brand of composite working fluid for electrical discharge wire cutting. The enterprise has produced the most complete and technically optimal series of wire cutting working fluids in China for efficient cutting, high surface quality cutting, high thickness cutting, special material cutting, and multiple cutting needs of high-speed reciprocating wire EDM wire cutting. Including: liquid (JR1A/JR1A upgrade/JR2A/JR1H/JR1AA), paste (JR3A/JR3A upgrade/JR3B/JR3C/JR3H/JR10A/JR20A), and solid soap (JR4A) series products, among which JR3A emulsion paste has become the preferred product for "medium wire" machine tool production enterprises.

In 2025, JR1H and JR3H high-efficiency series products, JR10A high thickness ultra hard metal cutting, and JR20A ultra efficient cutting products will be launched. The cutting efficiency of JR1H and JR3H high-efficiency products has exceeded 20000mm²/h; JR10A can stably cut workpieces over 1000mm and is suitable for cutting superhard metals such as tungsten molybdenum alloys and hard alloys; JR20A ultra efficient cutting emulsion paste can achieve a cutting efficiency of nearly 30000 mm²/h under specific conditions.

At present, the Jiarun series products are matched with manufacturers of wire cutting electric discharge machines and have covered many "medium wire" markets in China. The Jiarun series products do not contain mineral oil, nitrite, phosphate and other components. They have been tested by authoritative institutions as "practically non-toxic" products (report number: bg-07NYQT-WT010). Due to their excellent performance, environmentally friendly components and easy transportation, the products have been exported in batches to dozens of countries and regions around the world, greatly improving the technological level of high-speed reciprocating wire EDM machining.
